Structure
This management development program combines
eLearning modules with professor-led
classroom training supported by a comprehensive
set of online tools.
250 hours of blended learning combine 100 h
e-tutored e-learning and 3x3 days of classroom
sessions. You will work with top University
of St.Gallen faculty. The program includes a
transfer project with individual coaching to
train the application of the content.

Admission
Bachelor degree or similar recognized form of
professional qualification with three or more
years of managerial experience and an aspiration
for an upper-level management position.
