Great increases in transparency will be particulary good for avoiding the things that

conversation higher and talk like Enterprise 2.0 which has a lot more with the formal
rigorous thinking about what these changes really are. You will have to deal with this
in your organizations. There will be people who have a understanding of what is
happening in the consumer world. That is going to be different. We have to adapt
there are very exiting things about social media in the consumer world and that make
it work for businesses. That is really were Enterprise 2.0 comes in.
