Driving adoption – we are now learning how to do that. A lot of workers especially
in companies that have a lot of older workers they don’t have social media literacy.
They don’t know what a hastag is or they don’t know how they can twitter with.
Many people who use it don’t know how to actually talk to an individual person. All
these little things that would only take a few minutes but you have to know them.
Measurement of outcomes – many companies will decide to do something. They
don’t measure the result afterwards. They already decided that is was a good idea
whether or not it really worked out. But we are seeing a lot of companies this time
around especially with budgets they are measuring much more closely than they
have in the past.
But this is just the beginning, we have years to go in this story and we got a lot more
that we liked to talk about. Perhaps you don’t know we also run a Web 2.0 universally.
It is towards a leading product around strategically helping organizations to
understand about thus. Some of the things you have seen here is based on that.
