Content Notes
Conduct the cognitive
self-change
demonstration.
Keep it brief, light and
fun.
Act out a situation in
which there is a personal
conflict. You both get
angry. One walks away
angry and the other
throws or breaks
something (something
small, like a pencil) in
anger.
Make it realistic.
For example: One
facilitator could act angry
at the other for not
preparing the handouts
for today’s session. The
other facilitator could act
defensive, claiming that
he or she had clearly
asked another person to
prepare the handouts.
