RGB > Grayscale > RGB
This is similar to the first method, but by converting the image back into RGB mode, you
have access to all the other colors to increase the tonal range. The result is much more
color flexibility. If you don’t like the overall color balance, it’s easy to make it be either
more or less neutral. For a sepia effect, for example, add a Color Balance adjustment layer
and move the sliders to something like -15 Magenta and -15 Yellow (see Figure 11.8). The
