A glossary can be a useful tool for readers puzzled about
strange words like metamerism. A glossary of important terms
for the high-quality digital output field is included on the
DP&I website (www.dpandi.com). This lexicon has been prepared
with the assistance of the Digital Art Practices and
Terminology Task Force (DAPTTF), whose goal is to help
counter the general misunderstanding about the terminology
and production practices of the digital art industry and to
develop a terms-of-reference document that will provide a
common ground of accurate communication.
