• Uranus Orbiter <strong>and</strong> Probe (with <strong>and</strong> without solar-electric propulsion stage)<br />

• Comet Surface Sample Return<br />

These missions were chosen by <strong>the</strong> committee based on <strong>the</strong>ir strong science return <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir<br />

potential technical read<strong>in</strong>ess.<br />
