MacDONALD, Joseph WWII<br />
Joseph was born in Inverness, <strong>Nova</strong> <strong>Scotia</strong>. He joined the Army and served in<br />
Europe with the North <strong>Nova</strong> <strong>Scotia</strong> Highlanders during World War II. He also served<br />
as a piper. Joseph was a member of Captain Angus L. MacDonald <strong>Legion</strong> Branch<br />
#132 in Inverness.<br />

MacDONALD, Murdock WWII<br />
Murdock was born in Mabou, <strong>Nova</strong> <strong>Scotia</strong>. He joined the Army and served in<br />
Europe with the 8 th Field Regiment, Corps of <strong>Royal</strong> <strong>Canadian</strong> Engineers during<br />
World War II. Murdock was killed in action in Holland on October 21, 1944 while<br />
serving with 8 th Field Squadron of the Corps of <strong>Royal</strong> <strong>Canadian</strong> Engineers.<br />

MacDONALD, Oswin WWI<br />
Oswin was born in Port Hood, <strong>Nova</strong> <strong>Scotia</strong>. During World War I, he enlisted in the<br />
Army and served as a Private with the <strong>Royal</strong> <strong>Canadian</strong> Army Medical Corps in<br />
France and Europe.<br />
