Ap—0 to 5 inches; brown (7.5YR 5/4) loam; weak fine granular structure; very friable;
common very fine, fine, medium, and coarse roots; 10 percent sandstone
fragments; very strongly acid; clear wavy boundary.
BA—5 to 14 inches; yellowish red (5YR 5/6) clay loam; weak fine subangular blocky
structure; friable; common very fine, fine, medium, and coarse roots; few faint clay
films on faces of peds; 10 percent sandstone fragments; very strongly acid;
gradual wavy boundary.
Bt1—14 to 33 inches; red (2.5YR 4/6) clay loam; weak medium subangular blocky
