Ap—0 to 5 inches; brown (7.5YR 5/4) loam; weak fine granular structure; very friable;<br />

common very fine, fine, medium, <strong>and</strong> coarse roots; 10 percent s<strong>and</strong>stone<br />

fragments; very strongly acid; clear wavy boundary.<br />

BA—5 to 14 inches; yellowish red (5YR 5/6) clay loam; weak fine subangular blocky<br />

structure; friable; common very fine, fine, medium, <strong>and</strong> coarse roots; few faint clay<br />

films on faces <strong>of</strong> peds; 10 percent s<strong>and</strong>stone fragments; very strongly acid;<br />

gradual wavy boundary.<br />
