Ap—0 to 5 inches; brown (10YR 4/3) fine s<strong>and</strong>y loam; weak fine granular structure;<br />

very friable; many very fine, fine, medium, <strong>and</strong> coarse roots; 5 percent s<strong>and</strong>stone<br />

fragments; very strongly acid; clear wavy boundary.<br />

BE—5 to 12 inches; yellowish brown (10YR 5/6) fine s<strong>and</strong>y loam; weak fine granular<br />

structure; very friable; many very fine, fine, medium, <strong>and</strong> coarse roots; 5 percent<br />

s<strong>and</strong>stone fragments; very strongly acid; clear wavy boundary.<br />
