Spicy Pork Steaks<br />

2 lbs pork steaks<br />

***DRY SPICE RUB***<br />

1 tsp garlic powder<br />

2 tsp black pepper<br />

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper<br />

1 Tbs paprika<br />

1/2 tsp thyme<br />

1/2 tsp oregano<br />

1/2 tsp rosemary<br />

1/2 tsp salt<br />

1 Combine dry spice rub ingredients and coat both sides of meat with barbeque seasoning. Let stand at least 30<br />

minutes before cooking.<br />

2 Grill over medium coals (225) for about 15 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Sprinkle on additional<br />

barbeque seasoning after turning meat<br />
