Steak Teriyaki<br />

Steak Teriyaki<br />

3 lbs round or sirloin steaks<br />

(1" thick)<br />

1/2 cup soy sauce<br />

3 Tbs brown sugar, packed<br />

1 tsp ginger<br />

1/2 tsp dry mustard<br />

1/4 tsp garlic powder<br />

1/2 tsp black pepper, coarse ground<br />

2 Tbs lemon juice<br />

1 each 12 oz can flat beer<br />

2 Tbs salad oil<br />

1 Combine marinade ingredients and pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours.<br />

2 Grill 3-4 inches <strong>from</strong> hot coals, basting frequently with marinade, for about 20 minutes (10 minutes each<br />

side) or to desired doneness. Slice steak thinly on <strong>the</strong> diagonal before serving.<br />
