Asian Hot-Que Grill Sauce For Chicken, Beef Or Pork<br />

2 Tbs brown sugar<br />

2 Tbs red wine vinegar<br />

1 cup ketchup<br />

1/2 tsp Chinese hot mustard, up to 1<br />

1 large garlic clove, minced<br />

1 Tbs soy sauce<br />

1 tsp Asian chile paste with garlic, up To 3<br />

1 Combine all ingredients except chile paste in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, <strong>the</strong>n turn off heat. Stir in<br />

chile paste. Makes 1 1/4 cups. To use: Brush on chicken, beef or pork while grilling.<br />
