Hot Chicken Artichoke Dip<br />

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken or turkey<br />

1 cup mayonnaise<br />

1 cup grated parmesan cheese<br />

4 cloves garlic, minced<br />

8 chipotle peppers, minced<br />

1 can artichoke hearts, chopped<br />

Mix and bake in pie pan at 350F for 25 minutes. Serve with industrial strength tortilla chips. Stand back and<br />

accept <strong>the</strong> applause.<br />
