Goldsboro Coleslaw<br />

1 small cabbage<br />

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise<br />

1 cup onion, finely chopped<br />

salt and pepper, to taste<br />

1 Remove core of cabbage and any tough or blemished outer leaves. Cut cabbage in half and shred fine.<br />

Coarsely chop <strong>the</strong> shreds and place in mixing bowl.<br />

2 Add remaining ingredients and toss to blend well.<br />
