1 Tbs garlic salt<br />

1 Tbs pepper<br />

1 tsp onion salt<br />

1/2 cup vinegar<br />

1/3 cup catsup<br />

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce<br />

1 Marinade brisket (app. 10 lbs.) in sauce for 12 hours prior to cooking.<br />
