Chile and Lime Chicken Wings<br />

5 lbs chicken wings, separated<br />

1 cup lime juice<br />

4 oz green chilies, peeled and sliced<br />

4 Tbs garlic powder<br />

2 1/2 Tbs paprika<br />

2 Tbs salt<br />

1 Tbs lemon pepper<br />

1 Tbs soy sauce<br />

1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil<br />

1 Puree <strong>the</strong> chilies in a food processor or blender Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Marinade for at least 2 hours<br />

refrigerated. I usually marinade 3 hours or so.<br />

2 Grill wings, basting as needed with saved marinade. Wings are done when <strong>the</strong>y don't stick to <strong>the</strong> grill.<br />

3 If you want to add a little kick to 'em, throw a tablespoon of cayenne in <strong>the</strong> mix.<br />
