2 Tbs course black pepper<br />

1 Tbs chipotle powder OR cayenne, a poor substitute<br />

1 Tbs ground cumin<br />

1 Tbs garlic powder<br />

1 Tbs onion powder<br />

1 Tbs brown sugar<br />

1 Wet brisket with lemon juice, <strong>the</strong>n put on <strong>the</strong> rub. Smoke for 18 hours or until tender.<br />
