5 • Mailing System Setup Navigating Hints • The maximum number of options displayed is 5. To view more options, press the down arrow key. • You can select a numbered option either by pressing the screen key next to the option, or by pressing the corresponding number on the keyboard and then pressing the Enter key. • To go back one screen or more, clear an entry, or return to the “Ready” screen, press the Clear key. Pressing the left arrow key returns you to the main screen. • Other selection or navigation or help information appears at the bottom of the screen.
