name (abbreviated as necessary), year of decision, adverse employment action alleged (D-<br />

demotion, NR-non-renewal, R-reassignment, S-suspension, T-Termination), prevailing party<br />

abbreviated as PP (S-school system, E-employee), litigative claims of the employee and<br />

employment action reasoning from the school system.<br />
