completed to provide further research into the impact of interpersonal skill on school<br />

administrator success.<br />

3. A study should be conducted in 10 years to review the number of adverse employment<br />

action cases that identified violations of First Amendment rights as protection from adverse<br />

employment actions.<br />

4. A study of adverse employment action litigation raised in private education should be<br />

done to establish similarities and disparities.<br />
