When is Another GD Circle Required? (Case 1)
If more data are to be sent and received than can fit in one GD packet, an
additional GD circle is required.
Example for Converting to a GD Table (After Compiling)

When is Another GD Circle Required? (Case 2)
An additional GD circle is also required if the send and receive CPUs are not the
same (then a new GD packet must be created).
