»TRAGEDIJA JAVNOG DOBRA«<br />
U TRAGEDIJI MODERNOG DOBA<br />
Problemi društva, a samim time i etike, u modernoj su se civilizaciji<br />
uvelike promijenili. »Tragedija javnog dobra« jedan je od takvih problema.<br />
Iz teorije Garetta Hardina nameće se niz pitanja poput onog o naravi<br />
čovjeka kao bezumnog potrošača ili kako je moguće izvesti moralnu regulaciju<br />
ljudskog razmnožavanja.<br />
S druge strane, svjedoci smo ekonomsko-političkog žrvnja neoliberalnog<br />
doba u kojem prirodna dobra (kao zajednička dobra) postaju taoci privatnih<br />
i/ili stranačkih interesa. U tom kontekstu danas dobra poput vode ili<br />
zraka ne pripadaju više svim ljudima, već točno određenoj grupaciji moći.<br />
Tako, u današnje doba, pitanje “tragedije javnog dobra” postaje i pitanje<br />
vlasništva, odnosno pitanje prava.<br />
Unutar svojeg izlaganja pokušat ću ukazati na aktualnost pitanja<br />
»tragedije javnog dobra«, te da ista zahtijeva niz kako bioetičkih, tako i<br />
biopolitičkih praktičnih promjena i primjena.<br />
“TRAGEDY OF THE COMMONS”<br />
IN THE TRAGEDY OF THE MODERN AGE<br />
Problems of the society in the modern civilisation, which include problems<br />
of ethics, have significantly changed. “Tragedy of the commons” is<br />
one of these problems. The theory of Garett Hardin imposes a whole set of<br />
questions such as the question of humans as mindless consumers, or how<br />
to regulate human breeding.<br />
On the other hand, we witness a millstone produced by economics and<br />
politics in neoliberal age in which natural goods (as the commons) become<br />
hostages of private and/or party system interests. In this context, goods<br />
as water or air no longer belong to all people, but to particular centres of<br />
power. Furthermore, in the contemporary age, the issue of “tragedy of the<br />
commons” becomes the issue of ownership, i.e. issue of rights.<br />
In my presentation, I will try to point out to the relevance of the issue<br />
of the “tragedy of the commons”, and that it demands set of bioethical and<br />
biopolitical practical changes and applications.<br />
