Summary: David reluctantly agrees to help Gold reconnect with Belle, who has
been given a false set of memories by Regina. Meanwhile, when Emma
learns that Anton has the means to take everyone back to the Enchanted
Forest, she must decide which world to live in. In the fairy
tale world, Rumplestiltskin forces Belle to accompany him on a hunt
for a thief that she freed.
The family takes Henry to Gold’s
pawnshop for his birthday, and Gold offers
his grandson any object from the
shop as a present.
Henry looks over the items and finally
chooses a wand from a rack. Gold offers
to show him how to use it and waves it
through the air... and then turns Harry
into porcelain. As the others stare in horror,
Gold shatters the Henry statue... and
wakes up from his nightmare.
Later, Gold goes to see Neal and Henry
as they spare on the docks using mock
swords. Regina comes up and notes that
both she and Gold have been pushed to
the sidelines. She wonders why Gold’s
son is with Henry and Gold reveals that Neal is Henry’s father.
Regina is shocked to learn that Gold is her son’s grandfather and figures that he set it up
since he picked Henry for her to adopt.
He denies it, saying that it’s fate, and Regina warns him that no one will accept him no matter
what he does. She figures that Gold’s dark heart will always win out and he says that she doesn’t
know him. Regina asks who will bring the good out in him since Bae wasn’t able to.
At the hospital, Gold visits Belle and explains that he managed to survive since his last call to
her when he was on the edge of death. Belle says that she can sense that he has real feelings for
her and figures that she must have a past with Gold, even if she can’t remember it. She says that
