Summary: While Emma confronts Regina about Kathryn’s disappearance, David
tries to make amends to Mary Margaret and Mr. Gold tries to learn
August’s real identity. Meanwhile, in the fairytale world, Baelfire gets
his transformed father to agree to return to his original self, untainted
by magic.
August wakes up in his room when
his leg starts convulsing. He falls out of
the bed and staggers over to his desk,
and then calls someone and says that
he needs to accelerate the plan. Later, he
meets with Henry and asks if he’s ready.
Henry isn’t sure why what they’re doing
into Gold’s pawnshop and tries to buy a
gift for Mary-Margaret. While the boy distracts
Gold, August sneaks in to Gold’s
office and looks through the shelves.
However, Gold finds him and August says
that he’s looking or some maps. The pawnbroker directs him out front and glances suspiciously
at him.
Emma goes to the hospital to talk to Kathryn. She admits that the last thing she remembers
is the car accident and then waking up in a basement. Dr. Whale confirms that Kathryn was
drugged, and she says that she woke up in a field and started walking. Emma explains that
the DNA of the heart matched Kathryn’s and they’re checking to see how it happened. Kathryn
wonders who would frame Mary Margaret.
Regina goes to see Gold and accuses him of breaking their deal. He insists that he kept their
deal to make sure that something ”tragic” happened to her and he did. Regina warns that it will
raise questions about what happened and how the test results were faked, and she realizes that
