Back at the summer palace, Snow tells Charming that she was obsessed with Regina because
she wants to start a family. However, she couldn’t allow herself to do it when Regina was around
to threaten them. Charming tells her that they’ll find another way to stop Regina, and Snow
admits that she was wrong and they should start their family now. She points out that there will
always be something in their lives, but they can’t let it define them. Snow says that they have to
find the good moments among the bad ones.
When Regina doesn’t answer her phone, Emma and the others go to the vault. Gold needs time
to open the door and concentrates, while Mary Margaret and David tell Emma that everything
will be okay. She doesn’t believe it, pointing out that they can’t harm Pan while he’s in Henry’s
body. When her parents try to reassure her, Emma says that the price she pays as the Savior is
that she can never have a lasting happy moment.
Gold gets the doors open and they find Regina inside. There’s no sign of Pan and they wake
Regina up and explain what happened. She blames herself for not seeing the same signs that
Emma notices, but Henry assures her that he still needs her. Gold examine the vault’s contents
and realizes that Pan took Regina’s curse.
Pan breaks Felix out of jail and they go to a hill overlooking Storybrooke. When Felix wonders
what Pan plans to do, Pan says that he’s going to use the curse to give the two of them everything
that they’ve ever wanted.
Gold tells the others that if Pan casts the curse again, even Emma will be affected because it
lacks the Charmings’ true love. Emma wonders what Pan casting the curse will accomplish.
Pan tells Felix that when he recasts the curse, everyone will forget who they are and time
will stand still, just like the last time. Only the two of them will be immune... to rule over a new
Neverland.
