DEPARTMENT OF GEOLOGY
The Department of Geology offers a program
leading to a Bachelor of Science degree in
Geology. As part of degree requirements, majors
have to conduct a supervised research project in
their final year. The Department also offers
advanced undergraduate courses for qualified
students in the graduate programs in Biology,
Physics, Marine Sciences and Civil Engineering.
The principal objective of the Geology Program
is to prepare students for professional positions
