Schnittstelle zum Anschluss eines Patiententerminals an <strong>de</strong>n Zimmerbus (RAN).<br />
Hinweis! Die vollständige Installation <strong>de</strong>s Systems ist im technischen<br />
Handbuch beschrieben.<br />
Vorsicht! Die Leiterplatte ist mit elektrostatisch gefähr<strong>de</strong>ten Bauteilen bestückt.<br />
Vermei<strong>de</strong>n Sie <strong>de</strong>shalb eine direkte Berührung.<br />
Vorsicht! Führen Sie die Installation nur im spannungsfreien Zustand aus. Sonst<br />
könnte die RAN‐Schnittstelle beschädigt wer<strong>de</strong>n.<br />

Interface for connecting a patient terminal to the room bus (RAN).<br />
Note! The complete installation of the system is <strong>de</strong>scribed in the technical<br />
manual.<br />
Caution! The printed circuit board inclu<strong>de</strong>s electrostatic sensitive components.<br />
Avoid touching.<br />
Caution! During installation the power supply should be switched off to ensure<br />
zero-potential status. Otherwise, the RAN interface could be damaged.<br />
Montage<br />
Die RAN-Schnittstelle wird in eine zweiteilige Einbaudose eingebaut o<strong>de</strong>r mittels <strong>de</strong>r zwei<br />
Halterungen auf einer 35 mm-Z-Schiene befestigt.<br />
Mounting<br />
The RAN interface is mounted into a 2-gang back box or is fixed on a 35 mm Z rail by the two<br />
mounts.<br />

wer<strong>de</strong>n. Hierzu wer<strong>de</strong>n Codierschalter 1, 2 und 3 verwen<strong>de</strong>t.<br />

Use the jumpers on the board to set the appropriate bed number. Use co<strong>de</strong> switches 1, 2, 3.<br />
