21.4 MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE<br />
21.4.1<br />
Panels shall be measured in square metres of surface.<br />
21.4.2<br />
Deductions shall be made for all openings which are the full width of a standard<br />
panel.<br />
21.4.3<br />
Non-deducted openings shall be enumerated.<br />
21.4.4<br />
All connections between panels other than running joints are to be measured as<br />
junctions or corners.<br />
21.4.5<br />
Junctions and corners of panels shall be described and measured in metres.<br />
21.4.6<br />
Fair ends to panels shall be measured in metres.<br />
21.4.7<br />
Cutting back to panel ends shall be measured in metres.<br />
21.4.8<br />
Raking cutting shall be measured in metres.<br />
21.4.9<br />
Starter channels, angles etc., shall be described and measured in metres.<br />
21.4.10<br />
Flashings and sealants other than to running joints shall be measured in metres.<br />

Doors shall be enumerated and described to include all hardware, gaskets, sealing<br />
and reveals,<br />
21.4.12<br />
Penetrations and sealing of panels for structural members, ducts, pipes, wires and<br />
the like shall be enumerated.<br />
