25.4.5.3<br />
The supply and installation of room thermostats, sensors and the like shall be<br />
enumerated.<br />
25.4.5.4<br />
Control circuits shall be enumerated according to the number of sensors and<br />
terminations to control valves, diffusers and the like.<br />
25.4.5.5<br />
Supply and installation of compressors and associated equipment shall be<br />
enumerated.<br />
25.4.5.6<br />
Supply and installation of compressed air mains and sub-mains shall be measured<br />
in this section as for "Pipework".<br />
25.4.6 Electrical<br />
25.4.6.1<br />
The principles of section 28, Electrical services, will apply to this section except as<br />
herein stated.<br />
25.4.6.2<br />
Switchboards and distribution boardsshall be described and enumerated. Reference<br />
shall be made to relevant drawings and specification clauses. The position of and the<br />
method of fixing such boards shall be stated.<br />
25.4.6.3<br />
Power and control circuits shall be grouped according to switchboard origin and<br />
enumerated stating the cable size or equipment rating as applicable.<br />
25.4.6.4<br />
The description of switchboards, circuits and the like shall state any items of<br />
electrical equipment (motor starters, local isolators and the like) which have been<br />
supplied with items of plant.<br />
25.4.6.5<br />
Power connection to equipment shall be described and enumerated identifying<br />
equipment to be connected stating cable size or equipment rating and grouped<br />
according to switchboard origin.<br />
25.4.7 Painting<br />

25.4.7.1<br />
Painting to mechanical services shall be measured in accordance with section 35.<br />
25.4.7.2<br />
Painting of equipment items, valves and the like shall be enumerated.<br />
25.4.7.3<br />
Painting of hangers, fixings, supports, duct flanges and the like shall be described<br />
and included in the item.<br />
25.4,7.4<br />
Painting to hangers and supports carrying equipment not otherwise painted (for<br />
example insulated pipeworkor ductwork or of support systems common to more than<br />
one service) shall be measured separately.<br />
