6.1 Characteristics of the Proposed Schemes<br />
The Schemes for <strong>Strategic</strong> <strong>Action</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> were generated to support the goals and objectives (see Table 6.1)<br />

In order to categorise the Schemes at operational level, five themes were identified based on the “functional<br />
nature”. These themes include,<br />

• Infrastructure Development<br />
• Awareness and Promotion<br />
• Capacity Building and Partnerships<br />
Such a thematic classification of Schemes is shown in Table 6.2 and Figure 6.2.<br />
