The SWM revenue provision as compared to the annual expenditure from 2003-2006 is compared in
Figure 7.13 and Figure 7.14. The total expenditure on SWM is more than the actual amount provided
however, the amount spent on the salaries and the operational and maintenance is less than the amount
which had been provided.
