11.0 AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL<br />

It is anticipated that the following EnSafe personnel will be onsite at various times during the<br />

SWMU Assessment:<br />

EnSafe Principal-in-Charge<br />

EnSafe Project Manager<br />

EnSafe Project Scientist<br />

EnSafe Site Personnel<br />

Dr. James Speakman<br />

Mr. Robert Moser<br />

Mr. Chris McKeeman<br />

11.1<br />

Responsibilities of the EnSafe Project Manager<br />

The project manager will direct the site activities <strong>and</strong> operation, <strong>and</strong> are responsible for the<br />

following:<br />

l<br />

Ensuring that personnel are aware of:<br />

- Names of personnel <strong>and</strong> alternates responsible for site <strong>safety</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>health</strong><br />

- Safety, <strong>health</strong> <strong>and</strong> other hazards present on the site<br />

- Use of PPE <strong>and</strong> assuring that the equipment is available<br />

- Work practices which can minimize hazard risks<br />

- Safe use of engineering controls <strong>and</strong> equipment on the site<br />

- Medical surveillance requirements including recognition of symptoms <strong>and</strong> signs<br />

which might indicate over-exposure to hazards<br />

- Site control measures, decontamination procedures, site st<strong>and</strong>ard operating<br />

procedures, the contingency <strong>plan</strong>, <strong>and</strong> responses to emergencies including the<br />

necessary PPE.<br />
