8 Jan. 1629, <strong>the</strong> date <strong>of</strong> a boud to her, "relict <strong>of</strong> Mr. Henry Dansk<strong>in</strong>c " (11. D. 114).<br />

Elizabeth <strong>Wedderburn</strong> [1678-82], m. at Dunbar, 22 Oct. 1078, John Patersou (by<br />

banns, 29 Sept.) and had issue by him tw<strong>in</strong> children, Lucrctia and (Jeortre baptised<br />

at Dunbar 8 Jan. 1682 (Dunbar P.R. s.d.).<br />

Grissell <strong>Wedderburn</strong>, wife <strong>of</strong> Jmnes Andf-rKun. First named <strong>in</strong> a gniut, 2 Jan. 1539<br />

(confirmed under <strong>the</strong> Great Seal 2 Jan. 1540), by Janios Ryud <strong>of</strong> Car.se to her an.-urii up i.y him<br />

with his own mouth, by which he constituted <strong>the</strong> said Helen his only exccutrii, sn.i up'n wbi.h •!»<br />

James <strong>Wedderburn</strong>. A person <strong>of</strong> this name described as "son <strong>of</strong> I'cter W.vldfrbnm<br />

burgess <strong>of</strong> Dundee," is a witness 7 Feb. 1609 (D.P.B. 373', but, .ih iI.tv u ik.<br />

o<strong>the</strong>r mention <strong>of</strong> him, I question <strong>the</strong> accuracy <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> entry. See p.'st '.'«,<br />
