In most cases, the default installation of HEC-HMS createsthe C:\hmsproj\ folder location as the default location for storing all the HEC-HMS projects.The second line statement executes one of the RunID configurations of thepreviously opened HEC-HMS project. A HEC-HMS project may have multipleRunID configurations representing unique combinations of the Basin,Meteorologic, and Control components of the project. Thus, besides knowing themain name of the HEC-HMS project, the calling application needs to know whichspecific RunID should be executed from the many internally stored run setups.The third line statement is in charge of exiting the HEC-HMS programafter the execution is completed.
