Scalable performanceconstraints due to watershed size and/or datasets’ resolution may expose practicalimplementation limits on the time and space scales used to define a Map2Map200
case study. Bigger watersheds (above the 75 square kilometers of Rosillo Creek)and/or newly available LIDAR datasets defining digital elevation models (DEMs)at finer resolutions over the over bank areas may impose important computerperformance limitations. In a similar manner, a scalable level of effort in settingup Map2Map might be evaluated when implementing bigger watersheds inregional studies.201
