Figure 4.54 Depth-Duration-Frequency Table in Arc HydroThe above table is generated in ModelBuilder by a model that linkstogether all the script and standard tools needed sequentially perform ZonalStatistics over the series of digital rainfall maps and to produce the above table.Figure 4.55 shows a snippet of the ModelBuilder workflow of the“DesingStormSeries” Model tool generated for this purpose. The model takes theselected return period and the location of the raster digital rain maps as the mainvariable inputs. It starts populating the PrecipDepth table by performing zonalstatistics on the first duration (15 minutes) raster and for the 100 year frequency(g100y15m) and appending the results to the PrecipDepth table. After the firstduration raster of rain depths is processed the next duration raster in line(g100y60m) is processed and its corresponding precipitation depths appended tothe PrecipDepht table. This process is repeated for all durations of the selectedstorm frequency.182
