IFLTAB (I/O): The DSS work space used to manage the DSS file. This isthe same array used in the ZOPEN call. It must be dimensioned (1 To 600) as along integer and only the first element, IFLTAB(1), has to be passed to thesubroutine.sPATH (I): The pathname of the data to be stored. The maximum lengthof a HEC-DSS pathname is 80 characters, with each pathname part not exceeding32 characters. If passed, the D part of the pathname is ignored, as it is supercededinternally <strong>by</strong> the specific arguments defining the data’s time window: beginningdate, beginning time, and the number of values to store.Len_sPath (I): The length of the pathname, sPath, programmatically set as“Length (sPath).”sBDate (I): The beginning date of the records’ time window (date of firstvalue). It must have a valid HECLIB date format. Although a variety of dateformats can be recognized for the date, the recommended format isDDMMMYYYY, that is, 05Mar1968. Other valid entries for dates are: 05Mar68,5 March 1968, march 5, 1968.Len_sBDate (I): The length of the starting date text string, sBDate.Programmatically set as “Length (sBDate).”sBTime (I): The beginning time of the time window. This must be astandard 24-hour clock time (e.g., "1630"). Any time-offset is implied <strong>by</strong> the dateand time specified (for example, if daily data is measured at 9:00 a.m., thensetting the beginning time to "0900" implies an offset of 9 hours. A colonseparating the hours and minutes is optional (09:00).88
