That <strong>the</strong> Petitioner was imployed by <strong>the</strong>said Commissary and Captain Demere during all that time in doing necessarywork for <strong>the</strong> said Fort. That <strong>the</strong> Petitioner conceives his belonging toCaptain Stuarts Company did not lay him under an Obligation to work athis Trade.
