Act for establishing a ferry from theplantation of Colonel SamuelPrioleau, called Patterson’s Point,Acts:on Port Royal Island, to the landlate of Thomas Innes deceased, onthe Indian Land; and for vestingthe said ferry in the said ColonelSamuel Prioleau, his executors,administrators and assigns, for theterm of ten years; and for establishingone other ferry from the saidland late of the said Thomas Innesdeceased, to the said plantation ofthe said Colonel Samuel Prioleau;and for vesting the same in JohnGreen, his executors, administratorsand assigns, for the like term(1751), 11415. Act for vesting the ferry over SavannaRiver at the garrison of Fort Moorein New Windsor in John Stewart ofNew Windsor, his executors, administratorsand assigns, for theterm therein mentioned; and forestablishing a ferry over SanteeRiver in the township of SaxeGotha from the land of MartinFridig on the south side to the oppositelanding on the north side ofthe said river and for vesting thesame in the said Martin Fridig, hisexecutors, administrators and assigns,for the term therein mentioned(1754), 11516.Act establishing ferries overWaccamaw and Pedee rivers, andvesting the same in the personstherein mentioned; and appointingand impowering commissionersfor making roads leading to thesaid ferries (1756), 115, 28617.
