Lower backarched,with hips, shouldersand head on averticalline. 180° anglebetween theextended legs (Flatsplit), with inside ofeach leg aligned onopposite sides of ahorizontal line,regardless of theheight of the hips.1. Simultaneous lift of leg and descent of body,with foot of arcing leg coming off the surface asthe head goes under.2. Height constant with hips as pivot point.3.
