A descending Spin must startat the height of the vertical andbe completed as the heel(s)reach(es) the surface.5. A Continuous Spin is adescending Spin with a rapidrotation of: 720° (2), 1080° (3),or 1440° (4) which is completedas the heels reach the surfaceand continues throughsubmergence.1. The longitudinal axis runs through the center of thebody and is perpendicular to the surface of the water.On-the-spot rotation around this axis (no traveling).4. Stability and vertical alignment before, during and atcompletion of the designated rotation.5. Simultaneous rotation and descent of the body, witheven drop spaces, to complete the spin as the heelsreach the surface.6. Amount of rotation of 1440° Spins must be exact.7. A Continuous Spin must achieve and maintain afast rotation throughout. Each rotation should be thesame rapid speed.8. When a Spin is more or less than the amountspecified, the judge shall take it into considerationwhen awarding a score.
