Wage IncreasesNon-Management AssociatesMembership Consultants, Customer Service Representatives, Club Administrators, ChildMinding, Cleaners, Member Ambassadors <strong>and</strong> <strong>Fitness</strong> Trainers are eligible to receive awage increase up to the maximum of their wage b<strong>and</strong> twice per year in May <strong>and</strong>November upon completion of a Performance Review.Personal Trainers can receive a wage increase once per year in either May or Novemberbased on their final score.
