With careful plann<strong>in</strong>g, web publish<strong>in</strong>g <strong>of</strong>fers:• Massively improved accessibility and circulation <strong>of</strong> <strong>in</strong>formation and publications. The massive scaleand worldwide nature <strong>of</strong> the Internet means that even the simplest <strong>of</strong> web pages can be a highlyeffective communication tool.• Control <strong>of</strong> the publish<strong>in</strong>g process.
