One of the top pass rushers in the Canadian Football League for two seasons (2009-10), Hunt entered the NFL with the<br />

Philadelphia Eagles in 2011 where he played three seasons. Prior to joining the Lions in <strong>2015</strong>, Hunt spent 2014 training<br />

camp with the Indianapolis Colts.<br />

2014: Joined the Colts on August 6, 2014 during training before being released by the team on August 30.<br />

2012: Played in 13 games in his second season with the Eagles and continued to provide depth along the defensive line as<br />

he finished with seven solo tackles, one sack (11 yards) and one tackle for loss.<br />

2011: In his first NFL season, Hunt played in nine games for the Eagles and totaled eight tackles (seven solo), two sacks<br />

(14 solo) two tackles for loss and four quarterback hits as a rotational member of the defensive line.<br />

‣ ¾ Tabbed his first-career sack against Miami (12/11), bringing down QB J.P. Losman for a safety.<br />

‣ ¾ Recorded a sack two weeks in a row with a six-yard takedown on Jets QB Mark Sanchez (12/18).<br />

2009-10: Amassed 19 sacks in two seasons with the CFL’s Winnipeg Blue Bombers, including a league-leading 16 in 2010.<br />

Four-year member of the Houston Cougars defense where he finished his career as the school’s all-time leader in sacks<br />

with 34. Also registered 188 tackles, including 51 tackles for loss, 17 pass defenses, six forced fumbles, two fumble<br />

recoveries and one interception.<br />
