COLLEGE<br />

Left Notre Dame ranking in the top 10 in multiple school receiving categories including single-season 100-yard games<br />

(fourth), single-season receiving yards (seventh), single-season receptions (seventh), single-season receiving touchdowns<br />

(tied for ninth), career receptions (second), career receiving yards (sixth), career receiving touchdowns (tied for sixth) and<br />

career 100-yard games (tied for ninth).<br />

2013: Ended his collegiate career as one of six wide receivers in school history with at least 150 receptions, 2,000 receiving<br />

yards and 15 touchdowns. Played in all 13 games (seven starts) and led the Irish with 70 catches, 1,108 receiving yards<br />

and nine touchdowns. Jones became just the seventh different Notre Dame receiver to break the 1,000-yard mark for a<br />

single season, and his five 100-yard games tied for fourth-best in a single season all-time. Also had nine carries for 67<br />

yards and two touchdowns.<br />

‣ ¾ Had a string of seven consecutive games with a touchdown reception during the season, one shy of the school record.<br />

Also led the team in receptions nine times.<br />

‣ ¾ Invited to participate in the East-West Shrine Game, but was unable to play due to injury.<br />

‣ ¾ Broke the 1,000-yard mark for the season at Stanford (11/30) on a six-catch, 56-yard performance.<br />

‣ ¾ Finished the season with five receptions for 66 yards, as well as a nine-yard touchdown run in Notre Dame’s win over<br />

Rutgers in the New Era Pinstripe Bowl (12/28).<br />

PERSONAL<br />

Rated as the 10th-best (68th overall) wide receiver in the ESPNU 150 list coming out of Gainesville (Ga.) High School,<br />

where he finished his senior season with 76 receptions for 1,399 yards and 18 touchdowns. Named first team all-state<br />

by Georgia Sports Writers Association following his senior season in 2009, and was selected to play in the Under Armour<br />

All-America Game in St. Petersburg, Fla.<br />

‣ ¾ Helped Gainesville to a Georgia State Championship in 2009 for the first time since 1982.<br />

‣ ¾ Father, Andre Jones, was a defensive end at Notre Dame from 1987-91 and played on the 1988 Notre Dame national<br />

championship team. Also played six games for the Lions as a rookie in 1992.<br />
