first player in Lions history with 10,000 yards. He accomplished this feat in 115 games and set a new NFL record for the<br />

fewest games to record 10,000 receiving yards as he broke the previous mark of 116 games set by Torry Holt.<br />

• Johnson caught touchdown passes of 25 and six yards in the team’s 34-17 win over Chicago on Thanksgiving (2014).<br />

With two receiving touchdowns, Johnson set a new NFL record for the most receiving touchdowns on Thanksgiving by<br />

breaking the previous high of seven by former Lions E Cloyce Box (7, 1949-50, 52-54) for the most receiving touchdowns<br />

on Thanksgiving in NFL history. Johnson entered the game tied with Cowboys Hall of Fame WR Michael Irvin with six.<br />

‣ ¾ 2013: With 43 yards vs. New York Giants (12/22/13), Johnson increased his season total to 1,492 yards and moved into<br />

fourth place, surpassing WR Brett Perriman (1,488 in 1995), on the Lions single-season receiving yards list.<br />

• He now holds three of the top-four totals in team history. Johnson already owns the highest (1,964 in 2012) and<br />

third-highest (1,681 in 2011) in franchise history.<br />

‣ ¾ With 52 receiving yards at Philadelphia (12/8/13), Johnson (9,184) broke the Lions franchise record for career receiving<br />

yards, surpassing WR Herman Moore (9,174). Johnson broke the record in his 104th career game (88.3 yds/g) while<br />

Moore accumulated his franchise record 9,174 yards in 145 games (63.3 yds/g).<br />

‣ ¾ With one receiving touchdown vs. Green Bay (11/28/13), Johnson tallied 12 on the season, which marked the fourth<br />

time in his career he has 12+ receiving touchdowns in a season.<br />

‣ ¾ With two touchdowns at Chicago (11/10/13), Johnson recorded his 62nd and 63rd career touchdowns and set a new<br />

Lions career receiving touchdowns record.<br />

• He broke the record of 62 previously set by WR Herman Moore (1991-2001).<br />

• Johnson registered 63 receiving touchdowns in 100 career games and Moore set the previous record of 62 in 137<br />

career games.<br />

‣ ¾ With Johnson catching two touchdown passes from QB Matthew Stafford at Chicago (11/10/13), they combined for 36<br />

touchdown receptions, breaking the franchise record for the most QB-Receiver touchdown combinations in team history.<br />

They broke the previous record of 35 set by QB Scott Mitchell and WR Herman Moore (1994-98).<br />

‣ ¾ His 329-yard game in Week 8 vs. Dallas (10/27/13) marked the first time in Johnson’s career he has registered 150+<br />

yards in back-to-back games. He joins Lions E Cloyce Box (172 vs. Chicago Bears 12/7/52; 202 vs. Dallas 12/13/52) as<br />

the only players in franchise history with back-to-back 150+-yard games.<br />

• Not only did Johnson break the franchise record for receiving yards in a game vs. Dallas (10/27/13), he tied the singlegame<br />

record for receptions with 14 set by WR Herman Moore vs. Chicago December 4, 1995.<br />

• Johnson now holds three of the team’s nine games with 12+ receptions, which also surpassed Moore and WR Brett<br />

Perriman (2) for the most in team history.<br />

‣ ¾ With 14 receptions vs. Dallas, it marked Johnson’s 10th career game with 10+ receptions, setting a new record for the<br />

most games with 10+ receptions in team history (WR Herman Moore, 9; 1991-2001).<br />

‣ ¾ Johnson’s 155-yard outing vs. Cincinnati (10/20/13) was his 35th career 100-yard game, which set a new Lions career<br />

record for most 100-yard receiving games. Johnson broke the Lions franchise record previously held by WR Herman<br />

Moore (34, 1991-2001).<br />

‣ ¾ 2012: Johnson’s 122 receptions in 2012 made him the second player in team history to register 120 receptions in a<br />

season. 122 receptions are second-most in Lions history (WR Herman Moore 123 in 1995).<br />

‣ ¾ His five-straight games with 125+ receiving yards in 2012 tied an NFL record set by Lions WR Pat Studstill in 1966.<br />
