COLLEGE
A former walk-on at Massachusetts, earned his way to becoming a three-year starter (45-of-47) games and finished his
collegiate career with 257 tackles (171 solo), 12.5 sacks, 23.5 tackles for loss, nine interceptions and 28 pass defenses.
‣ ¾ Ranked sixth on the team with 72 tackles as a senior in 2006 and also posted five sacks, four forced fumbles (led Atlantic
10), eight pass defenses and three interceptions. Started all 11 games and was named Third Team All-Atlantic 10 after
recording eight pass defenses and three interceptions.
‣ ¾ Named Third Team All-Atlantic 10 as a sophomore as a member of the nation’s leading scoring defense and No. 3 ranked
total defense as a junior in 2005.
PERSONAL
Attended Amherst (Mass.) High School where he was a two-time All-Western Massachusetts and All-League selection.
Rushed for 1,012 yards and 18 touchdowns as a senior, while totaling more than 2,000 all-purpose yards.
‣ ¾ Selected to play in the Shrine Chowder Classic Bowl and was also a member of the basketball, lacrosse and track teams.
‣ ¾ Established HOPE Africa (Helping Our People Excel) to aide as a boost for future young African leaders. In November
2012, hosted a celebrity fundraising dinner party with teammates benefitting the organization.
‣ ¾ Participated in several Ravens’ NFL Play 60 school visits.
‣ ¾ Supported numerous Ravens teammates’ charity events, including Vonta Leach’s Celebrity Billiards Tournament
benefitting breast cancer research and the Lardarius Webb Charity Bowling Classic.
‣ ¾ Majored in sociology.
