Maureen Ann Mooney, M.D., is a clinical, surgical,<br />

<strong>and</strong> cosmetic dermatologist in private practice<br />

in Puyallup, Washington, where she specializes in<br />

treating skin cancer. Dr. Mooney is trained to perform<br />

Mohs’ Micrographic Surgery. Dr. Mooney is<br />

board-certified in dermatology <strong>and</strong> dermatopathology.<br />

Dr. Mooney received her bachelor <strong>of</strong> science<br />

(B.S.) degree in biology summa cum laude from the<br />

University <strong>of</strong> Minnesota College <strong>of</strong> Biological Sciences<br />

in St. Paul, Minnesota, <strong>and</strong> her doctor <strong>of</strong><br />

Margaret J. Neff, M.D., M.Sc., is attending<br />

physician, pulmonary <strong>and</strong> critical care medicine,<br />

at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.<br />

Dr. Neff is a medical monitor for the Cystic<br />

Fibrosis Therapeutic Diagnostics Network, co-chair<br />

<strong>of</strong> one <strong>of</strong> the biomedical committees <strong>of</strong> the University<br />

<strong>of</strong> Washington Institutional Review Board,<br />

<strong>and</strong> a clinical investigator on several research<br />

studies. She is board-certified in internal medicine,<br />

pulmonary disease, <strong>and</strong> critical care medicine.<br />

Dr. Neff earned her bachelor’s degree in biological<br />

sciences (B.S.) <strong>and</strong> medical degree (M.D.) from<br />

Stanford University in Stanford, California, <strong>and</strong> her<br />

master <strong>of</strong> science (M.S.) degree in epidemiology<br />

from the University <strong>of</strong> Washington in Seattle,<br />

Washington. She completed her internship <strong>and</strong> residency<br />

in internal medicine <strong>and</strong> a fellowship in<br />

intensive care at Stanford University <strong>and</strong> a fellowship<br />

in pulmonary/critical care at the University <strong>of</strong><br />

Washington. Dr. Neff is an assistant pr<strong>of</strong>essor <strong>of</strong><br />

medicine in the division <strong>of</strong> pulmonary <strong>and</strong> critical<br />

care medicine at the University <strong>of</strong> Washington<br />

School <strong>of</strong> <strong>Medicine</strong>, Seattle, Washington.<br />

Maureen Pelletier, M.D., C.C.N., F.A.C.O.G., is<br />

board-certified in obstetrics <strong>and</strong> gynecology as well<br />

as in clinical nutrition. A former aviation medical<br />

examiner, Dr. Pelletier is also licensed as a medical<br />

acupuncturist <strong>and</strong> is a DAN! (Defeat Autism Now!)<br />

physician. She is in private practice in Cincinnati,<br />

Ohio, with an emphasis on integrative medicine.<br />

Dr. Pelletier received her medical degree (M.D.)<br />

from Tufts University School <strong>of</strong> <strong>Medicine</strong> in<br />

Boston, Massachusetts, <strong>and</strong> completed her residency<br />

in obstetrics <strong>and</strong> gynecology at the University<br />

<strong>of</strong> Cincinnati. She received clinical training in<br />

mind-body medicine at the Mind-Body Institute at<br />

Harvard University <strong>and</strong> completed the integrative<br />

medicine program at the University <strong>of</strong> Arizona<br />

School <strong>of</strong> <strong>Medicine</strong>. Dr. Pelletier is a national <strong>and</strong><br />

international lecturer.<br />

Otelio S. R<strong>and</strong>all, M.D., F.A.C.C., is director <strong>of</strong><br />

the preventive cardiology program, hypertension<br />

<strong>and</strong> clinical trials, <strong>and</strong> the Cardiovascular Disease<br />

Prevention <strong>and</strong> Rehabilitation Center at Howard<br />

University Hospital in Washington, D.C. Dr. R<strong>and</strong>all<br />

is widely published in peer-reviewed journals<br />

<strong>and</strong> has authored two books. He has received<br />

numerous awards during his career, including the<br />

2004 Outst<strong>and</strong>ing Faculty Research Award from<br />

Howard University School <strong>of</strong> <strong>Medicine</strong>.<br />

Dr. R<strong>and</strong>all received his bachelor’s degree (B.S.)<br />

in chemistry from Howard University <strong>and</strong> his<br />

medical degree (M.D.) from the University <strong>of</strong><br />

Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Michigan.<br />

He completed his internship at the State University<br />

<strong>of</strong> New York at Brooklyn, residencies in internal<br />

medicine at Baylor College <strong>of</strong> <strong>Medicine</strong> in<br />

Houston, Texas, <strong>and</strong> University <strong>of</strong> Michigan Hospital,<br />

<strong>and</strong> a fellowship in cardiology at the University<br />

<strong>of</strong> Michigan Hospital. Dr. R<strong>and</strong>all is designated<br />

a specialist in hypertension by the ASH specialists<br />

Susan D. Reed, M.D., M.P.H., is program director<br />

for the Women’s Reproductive <strong>Health</strong> Research<br />
