1 cup (90 g) rolled oats<br />

1 cup (110 g) untoasted muesli<br />

1 cup (60 g) unprocessed wheat bran<br />

2 tablespoons lemon juice<br />

3 tablespoons slivered almonds or pistachios, toasted<br />

1 green pear, coarsely grated<br />

800 g reduced-fat strawberry yoghurt<br />

TO SERVE<br />

250 g strawberries, hulled and sliced<br />

2 kiwifruits, peeled and chopped<br />
